Shared Brain Cell

This original 5x7 drawing was created by hand using my signature dip nib and black ink on 300gsm archival paper. I then mounted the finished drawing to cradled wood using matte gel medium and sealed the piece with a satin varnish.

“Shared Brain Cell” features two strange characters stacked with exaggerated faces, long features and plenty of hidden details worked throughout. The linework shifts from one face into another, giving you more to find the longer you look.
